The Whole Systems Partnership supports the health service at all levels to implement national policy.  It offers consultancy services that bring partners together to consider how best to respond to local needs.  WSP works with experts in service redesign to support this work and has developed an expertise in building computer simulation models that help people make sense of complex challenges.  In recent years its work has focussed on strategic workforce planning, COVID modelling and system wide demand and capacity modelling.

The WSP team also provide pro bono support to local community groups who have played a critical role in the recent pandemic.  WSPs office is also home to Knaresborough Connectors and makes its offices available at no charge to local community groups as the need arises.
